I want you to know how pleased I am with your plumbers Danny and Larry. I have been putting up with slow drains for years, and it was really starting to get on my nerves. Your plumbers made the repairs and it was so nice to find two people who seemed to understand my frustration. They did a great job and all is draining the way it should now. It is such a good feeling to take a shower and the water not begin to rise. Thanks!

Thanks for sending such a professional HVAC technician. He knew exactly what was wrong and he fixed the unit right away. I also want to compliment JasonScott, who handles your phones. He called right before your technician arrived and he was so nice. I have been a customer for a long time & wanted you to know the reason I continue to do business with you is because of the high quality of your employees.

Please pass along my compliments to David Wall for a job well done. David installed the two A.O.Smith Vertex water heaters and his workmanship looks like something out of a magazine. I already had high expectations for your company, and David managed to exceed them. Great job!

I want to let you know what an outstanding job your plumbers did on my recent job repairing a leak under my sidewalk and replacing my pressure reducing valve. When they turned the water back on, a new leak showed up inside a wall in another part of the building. Your plumber jumped on it in the bat of an eye and took care of it, even though it had nothing to do with the repair they had just made. Great job!

On behalf of the faculty, staff, and PTO officers of Jordan Hill Elementary School, I would like to thank you for your generous contribution of time and/or resources for our Fall Festival on October 24. The festival was a tremendous success due to the generosity and support of the entire community. Our students, their families, and guests enjoyed a Saturday afternoon of games, activities, and family fun.
October 27, 2009 Ms. Hare called in to thanks us for sending her the card with the box of brownies. She wanted to know where we got them. Her husband ate all four (and he is not a sweets eater) and she only got a taste, but she said they were DELICIOUS! She also wanted to express her appreciation on the good work we did putting in her new HVAC system. The unit we put in has helped with her breathing problems. This has been the best Fall season she has had in years.
October 13, 2009 Just a quick note to express our extreme satisfaction with the repair services provided to us by your plumbing technician. We had a leak in one of our toilets and when your plumber arrived he efficiently diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation and then checked all of our toilets to be sure a similar situation had not occurred with them. He patiently and willingly walked with my wife to every bathroom checking each one (we have 10 toilets!). All the while he exhibited nothing but a positive and helpful attitude and did not hesitate to address any problem my wife brought to his attention including items that were not on the original order. His willingness to help went well beyond his obligation as a plumber. All of this was done at what we considered to be a fair and reasonable price which is hard to find in today's society.
